Packages Shipped Out
Same-Day Shipping, if you place your orders by 3:00 pm MST (GMT-7) Monday-Friday, then your package will ship the same day.
NOTE: We do not offer SAME-DAY Deliveries; the cost is very expensive – around an extra $300-$500 on-top of the normal Overnight charges.

United States Postal Service (USPS)
This service is inexpensive but can be slow and unpredictable. Packages typically arrive anywhere from 2 – 6 days of being shipped. In most cases you can expect your package in 2 – 4 business days (they are at 75% for on-time deliveries). Most packages are shipped within 1 business day after the order is placed. If an item happens to be out of stock, then we will send you updates via email.
We also offer the USPS Express Mail service. Now, they claim this to be a 1-day service, but in our experience they deliver these packages on-time at about 42%, so if you need your package the next day, don’t count on this service.
NOTES:
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Also, do not count these days when estimating delivery dates.
- The USPS updates their package tracking on their site once every 24 hours (usually late at night).
- If you happen to miss today’s shipping deadline, then we will ship in-stock items the next business day.
FedEx
When you need your package fast with a guaranteed service, then this would be your best bet. We have the two most common speeds that will get your package to you on-time. These options are more expensive, but you will get your package quickly and these are much more predictable services.
We offer FedEx 2nd Day Air® which is a guaranteed delivery in 2 business days after the package is shipped. On-time deliveries: 98%
We also offer FedEx Next Day Air® (Overnight), which is delivery in 1 business day after the order, is shipped. On-time deliveries: 99%
FedEx Priority Shipping Plus Saturday Delivery is available to most US cities for an additional small fee of $12.50 (Note: this is on top of the Priority Shipping fee). On-tine deliveries: 100%
NOTES:
- For FedEx, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Also, do not count these days when estimating delivery dates.
- FedEx regularly updates their package tracking on their site.
- If you happen to miss today’s shipping deadline, then we will ship in-stock items the next business day.
- If the airports are shut down due to weather, then there could be a small delay. This does happen on occasion; otherwise they would have close to a perfect record.
- Overall, we’ve had very good success with FedEx. Now, if you are in a location and you’ve had difficulties in the past with FedEx deliveries, we can ship via UPS and the cost is about the same.

USPS
Since shipping outside of the US is very expensive, we use the USPS International Priority as our primary method. This can be slow, packages can take anywhere from a week to 10 business days up to 42 days. This service is unpredictable, but on average you can expect most packages to arrive on or around 10 business days after being shipped. On-time: 43%
We also offer USPS Express Mail International, which can take 5-8 days; on-time deliveries: 40%

FedEx International Services
Again, if you need your package fast, don’t fool around, use FedEx. We’ve very good success with their International service for the most part. Now, remember, once a package enters your country’s Customs Office, it is out of our hands. You will have to get it cleared through them and they may impose duties or other fees and you will have to pay them otherwise you won’t get your package. They have a lot of power and they can even confiscate/destroy your package, so try to be nice to them.
We have two services:
- FedEx International Economy, which is a 2-5 day service (on avg. it takes 3 days), on-time deliveries: 100%
- FedEx International Priority, is a 1-3 day service (we’ve had lots of packages delivered in a single day, but overall it works out to 2 days on avg.), on-time deliveries: 100%
- For FedEx, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Also, do not count these days when estimating delivery dates.
- FedEx regularly updates their package tracking on their site.
